Professional Headshots
Book a professional headshot that captures your unique essence. A captivating headshot not only lends credibility to your craft but also invites readers and clients to connect with the face behind the words or art, making a lasting and impactful first impression.
Our fantastic photographer Di Starr is offering headshot photo sessions for conference attendees. There are limited photo sessions available, so be sure to schedule your session early.
The headshot add-on must be chosen at time of registration.
After registration, Di Starr will contact you to discuss your assigned photo shoot. You can also reach out to her with any questions. All photo shoots will be confirmed and scheduled no later than September 21, 2023.
How It Works
You pay $45 for a 15-minute session. Attendees receive five or more professional photos. Di Starr will provide you with an online photo album post conference. Attendees receive all rights to the images, but if they are publicly posted, they must credit the photographer as Di Starr.
No drop-ins day of event. However, if we have a cancellation, we will refer to the waitlist. We will not know until the day of the event so be prepared!
Friday Night Option
If you live nearby or are staying at the hotel, you have the option of getting your headshot on the Friday before Saturday’s conference! Just let Di Starr know the times when you are available and she will do her best to schedule you before the event.
Waitlist
We will open a waitlist when photo sessions are filled and keep you posted through Oktoberfest mailers. Again, if this is something that interests you, don’t wait. Due to our time schedule, there are limited photo sessions available.
About Our Photographer
Di Starr is a fine art photographer with a long-time exhibition record. Most recently she has been represented by a wonderful photography gallery whose owner promised Ansel Adams she would always exhibit contemporary work. Di’s painted photographs appear in both public and private collections, including hospitals, medical and dental offices, and private residences across the United States, as well as in Milan, Rome, London and Paris. She also enjoys capturing the very best in people while doing family, portrait and event photography.
