Lynn Alpert

• I’m a chocolate-addicted, animal-loving artist who loves to use hyphenated words to make adjectives.

  A long-time lover of the combination of words and images, I loved diagramming sentences while in grade school. I continue to combine words and images in my work as a graphic designer and storyteller.

  I live in St. Louis, MO and can usually be found reading, writing or drawing while a cat or two sit on my lap.

  Annie the Scientist, published by Character Publishing, is my debut book as an illustrator.
