Illustrator Gallery - Anne Lambelet
In 2014, Anne Lambelet earned a bachelor’s degree in illustration
from the University of the Arts where she was awarded the Roger T. Hane award
for the top illustration portfolio by a senior.
While at UArts, she also received awards in the student competitions
hosted by the Society of Illustrators, Ceative Quarterly magazine and 3×3: The Magazine of Contemporary
Illustration. She is now a freelance
illustrator in Philadelphia where she lives with her husband, her adorable dog, Eevee, and her morbidly obese (but also adorable) cat, Fitzgerald. Some of her clients include The Boston Globe, The Progressive, HarperCollins, Scholastic, and Simon & Schuster. Her first author-illustrated picture book, Maria the Matador, was published by Page Street Kids in February 2019 followed quickly by Dogs and their People that June. She is currently represented by Stephanie Fretwell-Hill of Red Fox Literary.
