ABOUT ANOLA PICKETT
A former teacher and school librarian, I write for young readers, mostly middle grade. I love to travel and each trip offers writing ideas and inspiration. However, my book CALLAHAN CROSSROADS takes place during World War I in my hometown. I’m an avid reader, walker, swimmer, cook and enjoy turning yarn into something wearable and lovely. I’m now the grandmother of a happy redhaired girl and her laidback little brother, but they and their parents live in Singapore–more travel in my future!
