I’m an SF Bay Area author/illustrator published in picture books and poetry. I’m currently making more pictures books along with a middle-grade graphic novel. My latest title, HONU AND MOA, is a mash-up of Hawaiiana and a classic European fable.
ARTIST STATEMENT
I am inspired by the little things, the mundane and everyday miracles like flowers sprouting up from cracks in the sidewalk and tiny rainbows forming along a car windshield during a morning drizzle. I love telling stories, playing with words, doodling, dancing and painting.
