ABOUT JENNIFER MASON

Jenny spins dynamic, informative, and big-hearted stories for children, young adults, and adults (even childish adults). She received Bachelor’s degrees in Creative Writing and History from the University of New Mexico. She has an M.Phil in Popular Literature from Trinity College Dublin, and completed an M.F.A. in Writing for Children and Young Adults from Vermont College of Fine Arts in 2013.
Jenny excels at nonfiction, fantasy, and Gothic tales (separately or spliced together). She is at home interviewing experts. Gathering sensory research is her specialty. For instance, she once crawled into a burial crypt in order to sniff a 200-year-old skull.Always an advocate, Jenny often teaches writing workshops for all ages and abilities, tutors young writers, and critiques manuscripts for up-and-coming authors.
