ARTIST STATEMENT
- My original wish list as an author included having an astronaut autograph my first book about rockets. That done, I’ve added new items to my wish list such as having my stories translated into many different languages (right now, some are available in English, French, Russian, Swedish, Turkish and Slovian), seeing my work performed on stage or on screen, and meeting a published young writer whom I helped inspire during one of my book tours or presentations. That would be awesome! When not writing, I like to sail, make things, and walk off-leash with my dog, Ivy. New interests that will work their way into future novels include astronomy and birding. Anything seen with binoculars, really.
