ABOUT KRISTI OLSON
Kristi Olson is a graduate of The New School University’s MFA in Writing for Children program. She is also the Winner of the 2009 New School MFA Chapbook Contest in Writing for Children, selected by Hilma Wolitzer. She is an active member of SCBWI and is Assistant Regional Advisor and Steering Committee Member for the Metro New York Chapter. Additionally, she was nominated in both 2008 and 2009 for the SCBWI Sue Alexander Award, based on manuscript consultation sessions. She also holds a Master’s in Elementary Education from New York University. She is represented by Stimola Literary.
I write YA and Middle Grade novels.
