ABOUT LISA CONNORS

  • Lisa has worked as a medical technologist, a molecular research technician and an elementary teacher.  In 2012  she left teaching to pursue writing full-time.  Her debut picture book, Oliver’s Otter Phase, was released by Arbordale Publishing in February 2018. She is also exploring the world of self-publishing with Milkweed Matters: A Close Look at the Life Cycles within a Food Chain and Salmon Matters: How a Fish Feeds a Forest.  When not writing she enjoys traveling, stream sampling, nature journaling and homesteading projects.
