ARTIST STATEMENT

  • I am in love with writing. I write both children’s books and travel literature.

For children, I’ve written picture books, poetry, non-fiction, YA and middle grade novels  I love it all.

I also teach children’s book writing at The Writing Salon in San Francisco. Next year I will kick off my workshop, The Write Bank — on the Right Bank in Paris. The 5 intensive, individualized 1/2 day sessions will focus on the juvenile novel with highly-personalized attention, camaraderie, and of course croissants.
