ABOUT PAMELA LEVY
-
I’ve enjoyed illustrating cloth books, board books, picture books, chapter books, readers, text books and magazines for children, as well as book and CD covers, museum exhibits, magazines, ads and logos for adults. Plus the occasional portrait.
I was born in Hartford, CT, spent my summers in Vicksburg, MS, and now live in greater Boston. I’m a graduate of Vanderbilt University (Mathematics and Art History) and Rhode Island School of Design (Illustration). Otto’s Rainy Day was a ‘Kids’ Pick of the Lists’, The Easter Egg Escapade has been adapted into a feature length animation and I’m the proud winner of two SCBWI Magazine Merit Awards.
