• It’s really hard to write a bio that is my life.  My parents were post war refugees who escaped Nazism and Stalinism to make a home in the free world. That drives everything I do.

Education:  Master of Arts, Master of Education, Diploma of Education, Bachelor of Arts so I am well qualified as a teacher, educator, with a specialty in child growth and development and educational psychology.
I have written 18 books from picture books to upper end Young Adult. I have received award along the way and endorsements from a huge range of organisations I value from The Cancer Council, Room to Read, Variety the children’s charity, Life Education Australia, anti bullying organizations, The Children’s Hospital Sydney.
As an Australian and international speaker, I have crossed the globe from India, Singapore, Brussels, London, Kiribati, Tel Aviv to New York sharing the power of story to engage and open discussions on the core issues of our time – racism, inclusion, community, literacy, justice.
