Some SCBWI members have received fake emails that claim to be from SCBWI HQ from the address support@ektbinbox.org. Many of these emails are requesting “certification renewal” to the State Minority Business Enterprise, which our organization is not affiliated with. Please be aware that support@ektbinbox.org is not a real SCBWI email; all emails, whether regional or HQ, are sent from one of our official @scbwi.org addresses. Any email coming from a domain other than @scbwi.org is most likely a scam. Please do not reply, clink links, or share your personal information with them. Stay safe out there!
