Would you like to make your prose more exciting, engaging, and entertaining? Join us on September 28th at 10:30-11:30am at the NRH Library for Dynamic Devices to Elevate Your Storytelling.

Beyond literary devices, we will explore the persuasive and entertaining values of metafictive and rhetorical devices in children's and young adult literature.

SCBWI member, Paula White has been a secondary and postgraduate English teacher for 27 years. Using the examples provided from picture books, middle graders, young adult literature and media, you will walk away with tools to engage and entertain your readers.
