September 8: Cut-off date for hotel reservations at group rate of $139 plus tax and last day for new registrations after August 31 to purchase a critique and submit work
September 15: Cut-off date for submitting illustration postcards for distribution to faculty
September 22: Conference registration closes
September 25: Last day for full conference refund (no refund on critiques!)
