Eligibility:

You must be a current SCBWI member when your work is submitted and when the award is announced.

SCBWI PAL members with a book traditionally published in 2022 or 2023 are eligible to apply. The applicant must be over 18.

TO APPLY, submit in the fields below:

-A brief cover letter with the name of your book, the publication date, a short summary of the book, and a short author bio. Give us a sense of who you are and what your book brings to the market!

-A marketing plan of no more than one page attached as a PDF. Show how you would make the most of this opportunity.

-Indicate whether you want to be considered for the award for authors from underrepresented communities.
