Congratulations! Those pesky monsters- thanks for sharing much needed advice. Our monster lived in the basement.

Great topic. How well I recall my youngest daughter's fear of monsters. We gave her a football helmet, a (plastic) baseball bat, and a flashlight to go hunting for those guys!

Donna Pirone Bauer has been a school teacher for 25 years, with a Bachelor of Science in Education, has worked with children from Kindergarten through the 8th grade and, as a result, has had exposure to many childhood issues. As a parent of three grown children, she is always the ‘go to’ person for other parents, as she is able to help solve children’s issues with an uncanny ease that seems to just come to her naturally. Donna resides in rural New Jersey and continues to enjoy her fulltime teaching career. Angela Pirone and her husband live in northern New Jersey. She is a small business owner for more than 20 years, and graduated Magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts Degrees in Psychology. Although a successful business woman, she has always wanted to write a book that would make a difference in people’s lives. Donna and Angela decided collectively that now is the time to use their combined education, writing skills, parenting skills, and in this particular case a real life situation. Donna’s daughter had a MONSTER IN HER CLOSET! After successfully sending her daughter’s visiting monster home, Donna was able to help her friends send their children’s monsters home as well. We are now excited to share with you Donna’s solution. Thank you for taking us along on your journey! Lorraine Dey has illustrated books for over 20 years.
