Synopsis
Living in her sister's shadow has never been more dangerous.

Five months ago, Clara’s piano prodigy twin was murdered. The only thing that makes Clara feel normal is ghostwriting an advice column for her high school’s newspaper—until she starts receiving threatening emails in her staff inbox. Convinced that her email stalker blames her for her sister’s death and is out for revenge, Clara undertakes her own investigation to avoid a similar fate.

Meantime, she falls in love and tries to help a dating violence victim.

But the clock is ticking. Can she solve the murder before it's too late?

From the Author
Years ago, one of my adult dance students shared with me that in high school, her twin sister had been murdered, and the crime had never been solved.

My student’s story stayed with me. What must it be like to survive your own twin’s murder? And suppose you were a suspect and worried that you might be next? Out of that premise grew Clara's story.

In this coming of age romantic mystery, Clara solves a murder, falls in love, and learns to value herself and move out of her twin’s shadow.
