THE GIRL WHO LIVED IN A SHOE AND OTHER TORN-UP TALES
Compiled by Bernice Seward
Synopsis
Once upon a time, a group of writers tore a handful of tales into teeny, tiny pieces. They added tidbits of history, snippets of dreams, and scraps of imagination. Then they assembled the pieces to create brand new tales.

These torn-up tales reside within the pages of this book.

From the Author
During the SCBWI Online Summer Spectacular, a number of presenters shared about the importance of collaboration. This inspired me to ask the members of my critique group if they'd be interested in working together to create a book of illustrated short stories.

As you can tell, they said yes.

We worked hard throughout the ensuing months, breaking out of our COVID slumps and pushing well beyond our comfort zones in a myriad of ways.

And the rest, as they say, is history.
