Presentation Description:
I'm a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in ADHD and Autism. My picture books are about children struggling with behavioral issues commonly seen in both disorders, and have positive messages, encourage self-esteem, minduflness and a growth mindset. I use puppets that are characters from the books and humor - the puppets talk about how it feels when they do something wrong and about noticing the positives in others.

In addition to visiting with students, I also offer an in-service to staff focusing on ADHD psychoeducation and positive classroom interventions, and how to use the books to promote positivity. The presentation is accompanied by a free eBook on ADHD in the Classroom.
