It's the 1970s and Beasley Street is bustling with new families from all over the world. Meet 9-year-old Sofia Rodriguez and her buddies. They have formed their own Rock 'n' Roll band and are eager to put on a show for the neighborhood kids. But Sofia and her friends are stuck! Standing in their way is a menacing and powerful opponent. Not willing to give up their passion or give in to the demands of this bully, they resort to mischievous and unconventional means to try to achieve their goal. Will they succeed?
