Mercy Lily

When bee sting therapy fails and it becomes clear that her mom wants to die, Lily is faced with an unimaginable decision. As a trained veterinary assistant, she's grown up dealing with the concepts of quality of life, death, and euthanasia. But when the line of caring for animals and being Mom's caretaker becomes blurred, Lily is torn between helping her mom go or doing whatever it takes to cling to her fading life.
