Tree That Came home

A 63 illustrated book about an ancient tree in the forests of Bainbridge Island Washington. It follows the historical changes to the environment as the tree observes. Finally it is cut down along with many other old growth trees in the forest. Its last chapter is being used as a main brace in the nature school on the island.
