Captain Jeb: Pirate Cat

Captain Jeb: Pirate Cat is a fantastical tale based around the great flood of 2008 in Northwest Indiana.  The book highlights some of the real-life heroes' activities through the eyes of a family of cats.  This feline family transforms into a band of pirates and sets sail for a tour of the flood plains.
