Different Days

Based on true events, Different Days tells the story of a little known aspect of Worl War II: the internment of German Americans. Twelve year old Rosie has a happy life with her family in Honolulu HI until Pearl Harbor is bombed. Rosie's parents, American citizens of German descent who have done nothing wrong, are interrogated and interned by the military. Rosie and her younger brother are left abandoned and homeless, facing darkness and discrimination as they wait and hope for their parents' safe return.
