Writers Day add-ons (including live Pitches and Written Critiques) are only available during the initial registration process. During that process you will have the opportunity to register/pay for any available live Pitch or Written Critique options.  Once an Agent's or Editor's supply has been exhausted, you will see the FULL icon by his or her name.

What is your refund policy?

Cancellations prior to August 20 will receive a refund minus a $25 handling fee with the exception of refunds on critiques—no refunds on critiques (including registration) after August 1. Out of courtesy to the Agent/Editors, no refunds will be issued after August 20. If you miss your Pitchfest time there will be no refund and no makeup date.

If I Sign Up for a Pitch, how will I get my Zoom links?

The Zoom access information for the Sunday 9/20/23 Pitchfest will be emailed to you approximately two weeks before it takes place.

I registered. Where's my confirmation email?

At this time, there's no confirmation email after you register. You can confirm registration by viewing details under your Member Home > Events page.

Is food included in the price? Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Included in the price of our September 9, 2023 in-person Writer’s Day Event at the Camarillo Library are the following:

· Morning pastries and coffee.

· Lunch provided by Martino’s Catering including sandwiches, salad, fruit and chips.

· During registration you may indicate your sandwich preference to help us provide an approximate count for the caterer, but we can't guarantee specifics. If you have a dietary concern, please contact ARA Paulina Hill at cencal-ara@scbwi.org at least 10 days before the event.

Please note the venue allows only water bottles, no other outside food or drinks.
