How do I check my registration confirmation?

You can confirm registration by viewing details under member home > events.


How do I add a critique, pitching session or one-on-one with the art director to my registration?

Make sure you are logged on to the site. Go to the Fall Conference page and hit the Register button. The registration form will show you everything you are already registered for and allow you to add more options. After selecting your choices, you will then be directed to the payment page.


Where do I find the Zoom links?

Links to all your sessions will be accessible by clicking the Events icon on your Member Home page. The links will be under Meeting Info buttons.


What if I have dietary preferences? 

Lunch is included. During registration, you will be asked for any dietary restrictions or preferences such as vegan, vegetarian or gluten free. If you have other specific needs, please email Bev Plass at: SoCal-RA@scbwi.org


What is the Covid Safety Policy?

We will follow the self-screening policy adopted by SCBWI: https://www.scbwi.org/faq/global/scbwi-policies

If you or immediate family member contract Covid, and/or you answered "yes" to any of the self- screening questions, you may switch to virtual up to Friday, Oct. 6 for a partial refund. Videos will be available after the conference. Please contact Bev Plass at socal-ra@scbwi.org.


What is the cancellation policy?

Full refunds (minus a $20 cancellation fee) are given up until September 20, 2023. There are NO refunds for critiques, pitch sessions, one-on-one with Art Director or SoCalendar. To request a refund, please email Bev Plass at: SoCal-RA@scbwi.org
