SCBWI members receive the Early Bird registration price of $130 until August 1, 2023. Starting August 1, 2023, the regular on-campus ticket price for members will increase to $145. NOTE: If you are an active SCBWI member, you must be logged into your account on the SCBWI website in order to register at the exclusive SCBWI member Early Bird rate.

Limited financial assistance is available for members of the San Francisco/South region! SCBWI San Francisco/South is committed to reducing financial barriers so that everyone in our region can bring their stories to life.
If you are a current member of San Francisco/South and require a reduced fee to attend, please fill out this form.
