Registration and Pricing

REGISTRATION:

Registration will be available Friday, June 14th at 10 am.

You must be logged onto your SCBWI account to register for member pricing.

EARLY BIRD PRICING

SCBWI members receive the Early Bird registration price of $165 until August 1st, 2024. Starting August 1st, the regular on-campus ticket price for members will increase to $190. NOTE: If you are an active SCBWI member, you must be logged into your account on the SCBWI website in order to register at the exclusive SCBWI member Early Bird rate.

The SCBWI registration system accepts VISA or MasterCard.

Standard Premium Member - $190.00

Standard Non-Member/Preview Plan - Registration opens 8/1 - $240.00

One-on-One 15-Minute Portfolio Consultation (in-person and online) - $85.00

One-on-One 15-Minute Manuscript Critiques (in-person and online) - $85.00

First-Look Round Tables - $60.00

Pitch Clinic - $15.00

Recording of Select Main Room Presentations - $5.00

Limited financial assistance is available for premium members who reside in the San Francisco/South and San Francisco North and East Bay regions! SCBWI San Francisco/South is committed to reducing financial barriers so that everyone in our region can bring their stories to life. 

If you are a current premium member residing in the San Francisco/South or San Francisco North and East Bay regions and require a reduced fee to attend, please fill out this form. We will reply with a discounted registration coupon -  no questions asked, no explanation needed. Please note that our scholarships for this event are limited - we will reply first come, first serve until we run out of scholarships.

REFUND POLICY:

If you need to cancel your registration:

By August 1st - 100% refund for registration and add-ons, less a $25 administration fee. NO REFUND for Manuscript Critiques! Only register for a Manuscript Critique if you are sure you will submit one and if you are available for the timeframe listed for each faculty.

By September 1st - 100% refund for registration, less a $25 administration fee. NO REFUND for ALL add-ons.

After September 1st - NO REFUNDS.
