Additional Portfolio Showcase Information
Portfolio Showcase
Illustrators are encouraged to enter their portfolio in the Portfolio Showcase, which will be on display Saturday of the conference weekend, allowing attendees and faculty time to view. The displayed portfolios will be judged by the conference faculty and one winner will be announced during the conference. The winner will receive a portfolio critique with creative director, Sasha Illingworth, of Little Brown Books and Young Readers.
Entry Requirements:
Artwork should be displayed in a portfolio case or bound together in some way
Maximum size not to exceed 15” high or 32” open
10-15 images of kid lit work
No original artwork- copies only please
No AI generated artwork
Your name and contact information MUST be included in the portfolio
Optional:
Stack of 100 postcards to display with the portfolio for agents and faculty to take away
A book dummy may be included in addition to the portfolio
Note: Participants will be required to sign a waiver before dropping off their portfolios for display
