SCBWI Ohio North Refund Policy:
The SCBWI Ohio North Regional Conference offers full refunds (minus a $15 processing fee) until August 31, 2025. Conference registration is non-refundable beginning August 31, 2025. No refunds shall be issued for any critique consultations, portfolio reviews, pitches, and additional paid events or add-ons. Email [email protected] for refund questions.
Registration for the SCBWI Ohio North Regional Conference closes September 22, 2025. Registration must be completed online. Payment fees must be made online through SCBWI's Stripe payment system. Registration is non-transferable to another person. Please note that because of scheduling logistics, no changes to registration can be made after August 31, 2025. You are not registered (i.e., conference selections will not be saved) until you make your payment.
