Prepare your pitches for our fall conference’s Editors, Art Director, & Agent Pitch party! Get real time feedback on your pitches from Author-Illustrator and Co-Regional Advisor Merrill Rainey, and your SCBWI peers. Merrill will give live feedback on pre-submitted pitches and will also give tips and tricks on how to look at creating and refining your pitch. Even if you are only coming to the Saturday conference and not the Friday night Pitch Party event, this is a wonderful opportunity to get your pitches ready for the conference. You never know when a faculty member will ask what your story is about - have your pitch ready for this moment! This event is free to all but registration is required.
