Registration and Pricing

REGISTRATION:

Registration will be available Wednesday, February 11 at 7 pm.

You must be logged onto your SCBWI account to register for member pricing.

EARLY BIRD PRICING

SCBWI Premium Members receive the Early Bird registration price of $199 until February 18, 2026 at 11:59 pm. Starting February 19, the regular ticket price for members will increase to $219. NOTE: If you are an active SCBWI member, you must be logged into your account on the SCBWI website in order to register at the exclusive SCBWI member Early Bird rate.

The SCBWI registration system accepts VISA or MasterCard.

Limited financial assistance is available for premium members who reside in the California: San Francisco/South region. SCBWI San Francisco/South is committed to reducing financial barriers so that everyone in our region can bring their stories to life. 

If you are a current premium member residing in the California: San Francisco/South region and require a reduced fee to attend, please fill out this form. We will reply with a discounted registration coupon -  no questions asked, no explanation needed. Please note that our scholarships for this event are limited. We will reply first come, first serve until we run out of scholarships.

All cancellations have a $50 cancellation fee.
