Written Critiques on Picture Book and Graphic Novel text- Due Feb. 5, 10:00 PM
When you register for Art Day, you may also pay for one or more written critiques of your picture book or graphic novel text.
Formatting:
- Your manuscript may be up to 10 pages saved as a Word document, double-spaced, Times New Roman, with one-inch margins.
- On the first page, indicate the title of your book as well as the genre.
- Please include a header with your name and page numbers.
- You may include a synopsis, single-spaced, one-page, one-inch margins and saved as page 11 of your submission.
- Save your document as: FacultyLastName_YourLastName_FirstName_BookTitle_Genre (PB, GN)
- For example: Manlove_Soodak_Heather_Fun Bunnies_PB
Submitting:

Your written critique will be emailed to you by March 15.
Portfolio Review- Written Critiques - Due: Feb. 5, 10:00 PM
When registering for Art Day, you also have the option to pay for a written critique of your artwork.

Written Critiques for Picture Book Dummies & Graphic Novel Dummies- Due: Feb. 5, 10:00 PM
While signing up for Art Day, you can also pay for a written critique of your Picture Book Dummy or Graphic Novel Dummy.
Formatting:
- Submit a completed dummy (finished b&w sketches) with at least one full-colored example that represents the final artwork. (cover is optional)
- Full color completed illustration(s) must be placed where they belong in the story.
- Save as 1 PDF (max 25MB)
- Name your file “FacultyLastName_LastName_FirstName_Dummy
