How do I check my registration confirmation? You can confirm registration two ways. You can view details under member home > my events OR check the "Register for Event" button on the Landing Page.
Once I’ve registered and paid, how do I add new things like a critique, pitching session or one-on-one session? Make sure you are logged on to the site. Go to the Fall Conference landing page and hit the "Register for Event" button. The registration form will show you everything you are already registered for and allow you to add more options. After selecting your choices, you will then be directed to the payment page.
Where do I find the Zoom links? Links to all your sessions will be accessible by clicking the Events icon on your Member Home page. The links will be under Meeting Info buttons. We will also email the zoom links.
How much does it cost to park? Parking in the parking structure next to the building is FREE. No charges like last year :)
How much is lunch? Lunch is included with in-person registration.
Will there be coffee? Yes! We will have coffee and tea available throughout the day.
What if I have dietary preferences? During registration, you will be able to choose your meal which includes vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. If you have other specific needs, please email Bev Plass at: [email protected]
Will we be able to watch the recording after the conference is over? Yes, the recording will be available for 30 days after the event. We will send a link to all attendees.
What is the cancellation policy? Full refunds (minus a $20 processing fee) are given up until September 15, 2025. Why a processing fee? Because STRIPE charges us for every transaction, including your initial payment. There are NO refunds for critiques, pitch sessions, or one-on-one sessions. If you are unable to attend and did not request a refund, you will still have access to the recording of the entire day's presentations. How do I get on a waiting list? If pitches or critiques are full and you'd like to be placed on a waiting list, please email Bev Plass at: [email protected] with specific details (Ex: I'd like to be placed on the waiting list for a pitch session with name of faculty member. You can name multiple faculty if you like.)
What if I have additional questions? Please do not use the "help" button! Instead, email Bev Plass at [email protected] for all conference inquiries in order to get a faster response. Thank you for your patience.
