Now in its 45th year, the Original Art Show is an annual exhibit created to showcase illustrations from the year’s best children’s books published in the U.S. It’s a marvelous opportunity to examine—up close—over 200 original paintings, drawings, prints, and collages from current books selected by a jury of children’s book illustration professionals. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to view this stunning art and mingle with fellow attendees and conference faculty. Limited to 100 attendees.
Registration will include museum entry, one copy of the exhibition catalog, and one complementary drink ticket. (A cash bar will be available.)
Please note that the Society of Illustrators does not have an elevator, and the full exhibit, as well as the restrooms, can only be accessed via stairs.
