The Rocky Road to Publishing: Mapping the Smoothest Route for Your Book with Janet Fox

In this one-hour webinar for kid-lit creators feeling lost, prolific author Janet Fox will navigate the mysterious roads leading to publication. Using her own experience producing children’s fiction and nonfiction literature in genres ranging from picture books to middle grade and young adult novels, Janet will discuss the myriad ins and outs, pros and cons of various publication routes including traditional, self and hybrid. The more you know the easier your journey on the publishing path will be.

Janet Fox is the author of 12 books for young readers, seven with major publishers, with a 25-year career in writing and publishing. She’s a former middle grade and high school teacher with two MFAs in science and writing for children.

She’s also the creator of Fox’s Den, a course program with many levels of instruction from basic to advanced, and designed to help you build your best children’s book, from picture book through young adult.
