- What is the Covid Safety Policy? By registering for our event you agree to the SCBWI COVID Policy Statement. We will have hand sanitizer and complimentary disposable masks available.
- What is the cancellation policy? Full refunds (minus a $20 cancellation fee) are given up until March 9th, 2024. Please email Carlene Griffith at: SoCal-ARA@scbwi.org.
- What do I need to bring? Attendees are encouraged to bring supplies needed to work on creative projects. For example, laptops, art supplies, brushes, etc… All artists using art supplies will be expected to clean up after themselves.
- Will there be snacks? We will be providing lunch. There will be a vending machine for miscellaneous snacks and drinks for purchase.
- Can we get author signatures? Speakers/faculty may have books, etc for purchase. We encourage you to visit their individual websites to see what books they have and bring purchased books with you to have them sign there.
- Where is Laguna College of Art and Design? Laguna College of Art and Design (LCAD) is located at 2825 Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach CA 92651 (Look for the location on the left side of Highway 133 driving toward the beach.
