As creators, our minds are constantly spinning with stories and ideas - and our bodies are the only "house" we live in for our entire life to bring those worlds to life! Join illustrator and wellbeing coach Julia Swan for an inspiring, interactive session on how intentional nutrition and lifestyle habits can unlock clarity, steady energy, and long-term vitality.
In this 1-hour interactive workshop, you will discover:
Julia Swan is a professional illustrator, certified WILDFIT coach and wellbeing coach, and former active member of the SCBWI community. Living in the Netherlands surrounded by nature, she blends her two deep passions: creating art and helping fellow creatives thrive.
After navigating her own health transformation and career shift, Julia now uses the WILDFIT methodology to guide people in transforming their relationship with food, rebalancing their energy, and building sustainable, healthy habits. As an artist working with traditional watercolors, colored pencils, and digital media, she understands firsthand the physical and mental demands of the creative process. Whether she is guiding someone toward feeling their best in their body or creating a new illustration, Julia lives by one simple rule: "If you don't try, you will never know."
