The Art of Brian Wildsmith - Illustration Exhibition and SCBWI Private View

Join fellow SCBWI members in visiting this exciting exhibition about Brian Wildsmith's life and work, on Friday the 19th of April, with a special talk by the Wildsmith Family!

1:30pm – meet at Cooper Gallery. Catch up, chatting whilst refreshments are served. Enjoy tea, coffee and cakes in the Sadler Room.

2:00 pm – Short introductory talk with the Wildsmith Family and Q&A

2:30pm – Move across to the Museum (5 minute walk). 

Exhibition Coming Home: The Life of Brian Wildsmith (a good introduction into Brian as a family man and illustrator – with the Wildsmiths)

3:15 - 3:30pm – Back to the Cooper Gallery for a tour of Art of Brian Wildsmith - Illustration exhibition

4:30pm – 5pm finish and possibly the refreshments topped up (tbc)
