Canada East Get-Together (January 2024)
Happy New Year, everyone! Join us online for our first social (and networking) chapter-wide get-together of the new year. Each meeting features a kid-lit topic or an icebreaker to get the ball rolling. This month, we'll kick off our get-together with the perennial new-year question: What are your creative plans for the new year? What are you working on? Have you any new projects that you're excited to get started on? Have you dusted off an old project that you finally have time for? Are you looking for inspiration and support from your fellow creators? Let's kick off the new year by sharing our goals for 2024. After our warm-up discussion, who knows where the story (discussion) will take us. Canada East online get-togethers provide the opportunity to meet fellow writers and illustrators for a friendly, informal exchange of ideas, news, and a few laughs. Whether you live remotely or in an urban area, join us for a chance to meet and network with fellow creators from across our chapter. We hope to see you there!
