This workshop is designed for artists and writers looking to identify obstacles, release patterns, and use rest as an opening to a more creative life.
We will use proven writing, drawing, and meditation techniques to release blockages and open space for something new in your creative practice. Participants will need pen, paper, and a quiet space with pillows and a blanket to get the most out of the workshop. A yoga mat is not required, but would be a nice addition for floor work.
Workshop 90 minutes
