East of Dallas Meeting, Friday, Sept. 26, 7-9pm

Join us on Friday, Sept. 26, for a special time to connect with creatives and leave uplifted. Bring your business cards, books (or works in progress), and any questions you may have! Let's chat together, encourage one another, and keep creating!

Our spear, author Tani Lamb, was born in the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky. She currently resides in Dallas, Texas, via habitation in Tennessee, Minnesota, Ohio, and Florida. Along with her nomadic journey, Tani acquired a BA in criminology and criminal justice from the University of Memphis and a cosmetology license from Ogle School of Hair, Skin & Nails.

The love of different cultures, history, and people pushed Tani to explore the world to see firsthand what had previously only been explored in books with words and pictures. Tani believes that travel is a vehicle to experience kindness, diversity, generosity, and culture shock, which can bring understanding and enlightenment to change and enrich a life forever.

Tani has continued to explore and has visited over thirty U.S. states set foot on six of the seven continents and explored over forty-five countries. Tani has authored four books: T Sees an Island, The Princess of Sapphires and Sand, The Princess of Sapphires and Sand Teacher’s Edition with Common Core Alignment, and The Essential Self-Guided Travel Journal for Paris, France.
