I Can Series: Self-Publishing Essentials

Jul 13, 2025

Online event

Self-Publishing Essentials focuses on key steps authors often neglect in the self-publishing process. The first half of the presentation will be a detailed walkthrough of the tools, websites, and services involved in formatting and self-publishing a book. This presentation will give prospective authors a good understanding of the entire self-publishing process. The second half of the presentation will cover Red Flags For Authors. These are common things to watch out for from Traditional Publishing, Independent Presses, Agents, Self-Publishing and Hybrid Publishers. This is an eye-opening and oft humorous look into the overpriced services, scams and cons designed to separate you from your money. A Q&A session will follow.
