Directions for LIVE Pitches
The SCBWI-IN team will notify you of your pitch session time by December 1st at the latest and provide a Zoom link.
On event day, please arrive 3-5 minutes early to the virtual meeting. A volunteer will direct you to your breakout room with the faculty when it is your session time. If you signed up for multiple live pitches/critiques, please leave the meeting after each session and return for your next time slot.
Manuscript pitches will not be shared with faculty ahead of time.
For live dummy pitches or AD portfolio mini-critiques, you must submit your materials via the upload link provided by November 8th at the latest. We highly encourage you to submit them immediately after registration. Upload link: https://form.jotform.com/242824882464162 You will have to submit one form per pitch. You can sign up for as many live pitch sessions as you’d like! There is no limit!
All faculty except for editors Karen Boss, Deeba Zargarpur, and Brian LaRosa will open to submissions after the event. Submission information will be provided by December 10th, 2024.
