Anyone living in the Inland Northwest (eastern Washington + northern Idaho) and 18+ years old

Number of submissions per person:

Up to 5 submissions

Submission File type: 

.jpeg .png

(Keep any original formats on hand in case you win!)

File size:

No bigger than 2000px on the longest side

(Keep any original large sizes on hand in case you win!)

File name: 

Firstname_Lastname_1.jpeg

Firstname_Lastname_2.jpeg

Etc.

How to submit:

Attach your submissions to an email addressed to [email protected]

Subject: Regional Graphic Submission

Do:

• Create something you think best represents our Inland Northwest Chapter
• Use any medium you want

Don’t:

• Include a kite or owl
• Use AI
• Claim someone else’s work as your own
• Obscure or alter the SCBWI INLAND NORTHWEST text

Who can vote:

All SCBWI-INW premium members. 

How to vote:

Check your email for the voting form. 

Voting period: 

Oct 27  - 11:59pm Nov 8, 2025

In the event of a tie:

A coin flip will determine which graphic will be sent to headquarters for approval.

In the event of a rejection from headquarters: 

The winner will have a chance to alter their design or can opt out and the runner up will be submitted as a replacement.

The winner will be announced after the winning design has been approved by headquarters.
