PAL Webinar with award-wining author Sherryl Clark. Writers tend to focus on plot and character, but story structure is a key element that underpins both. Structure informs characters arcs and story arcs, influences pacing and tension, and is about where to place the high points of your story. If you struggle with pacing and tension, or saggy middles, this workshop will be especially useful, but is intended to be helpful for all writers with experience, having completed some manuscripts already. This event is geared for Published and Listed (PAL) members. Non-PAL writers can attend, but please be aware that this workshop will be at a higher level. Event will be recorded. Date: Sunday, 11th June Time: 1-2:30pm NZST Zoom event Cost: SCBWI Members $10 / Non-Members $15 (price is in NZD) Bookings: www.trybooking.co.nz/NXA Please note: If you are booking from outside New Zealand, check the day and time for your local time zone.
