Gina Soldano-Herrle is a professional ghostwriter and author. She’s very active in the children’s writing community where she volunteers as a Connect Co-leader for Rocky Mountain SCBWI and was recently awarded a 12x12 Picture Book Challenge scholarship for 2024. Her debut picture book, Nia’s Rescue Box, a story about a child’s first experience with a food rescue, is available at most online booksellers. You can also find recent author interviews about “Why We Write” on Gina’s website at and soon listen to them on your favorite podcast platform.
