Metro Denver Connect & Critique: Writing/Illustration Resource and Tool Share

When: Saturday, May 17, 10:00am-12:00pm. Where: Southglenn Library, Rooms A & B (6972 S Vine Street, Centennial). Jenny Crooks-Johnson will lead a refresher on how to navigate the SCBWI website and take advantage of all its components. Attendees are also asked to bring a resource or tool to share with the group after Jenny's presentation. The resource or tool can be anything that has been helpful on your writing/illustration journey. Some examples: a craft book, illustration tool, blog, podcast, publications, conference, class, etc. For the second half of the Connect, feel free to bring a work-in-progress for critique. If you'd like your work critiqued, please bring six copies of either a PB manuscript, the first five pages of a longer work, a query letter, illustrations, or something similar.
