Montreal Mingle/Rencontre de Montréal
Winter is around the corner, and it’s time to get some things done! Join fellow writers and illustrators for a Montréal Mingle with a writing and co-working focus in Montréal’s Mile End neighborhood. This month, we are setting aside some dedicated time to write, plan, and make progress on projects that are awaiting some attention. Bring along in-progress grant applications, pitches, proposals, manuscripts, or other projects you’ve been meaning to tackle. Come spend the afternoon working alongside fellow SCBWI members, with time to share ideas, talk through plans, and cheer each other on as we take on our creative to-do lists. We will meet at Toi, Moi & Café from 12:30 to 1:00pm, then head to a private workspace a few blocks away where we’ll have more space to work. Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 14th, and let’s make some progress together. As always, please feel free to bring any work, resources, or inspiration you’d like to share!

Note that this event is free, but each person is responsible for their own food and drink.
